The ash wood dish gives the condimento scent and taste without changing its fine, light color.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOur rosé condimento has an intense taste, but is simultaneously sweet and mild.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWe like to use it in dressings, for salads (it does not color the salad), cold soups, and, in general, dishes that need to be rounded off with a little acidity and sweetness.
